We use a lot of these EnviroAlert units and find only one issue and that is if you do not plug the wall where wiring may enter you will get erronious tempurature readings if there is any air flow through your walls. This issue is by no means a fault of the device, it's an issue with the installation that isn't considered my many installers.The Winland EA200 & EA400 are quality equipment. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.Additional water detection, humidity & temp probes can be added to provide a nice combination monitoring station.Great Product right after installed it save our back as a cooler had failedThese met my expectation
