I liked it very much. Better crushed ice.OEM replacement for 15yo bin with broken auger mount. This made the bin pop forward and out of the rails every time it was used. Came on time, and functions flawlessly (now). However, the packaging was not sufficient to protect the actuator rod that comes out the back. lots of popped air pillows in the box, but that's all. The actuator rod was bent, so the bin would not insert. Rather than try to bend a steel rod back to a precise shape, I just took the one from the old bin and replaced the bent one. Worked like a charm.I thought 243.00 was high for this item. But, I found out it can be much more from LG and/or this aftermarket model cost more other places. Amazon has the best deal as far as I could tell from my searches. The Ice Bin came in one day and like the headline states "Front view looks a little different. But, it fits perfectly and works as good or better than the original factory Ice Bin. I have bagged ice in the Ice Bin now. My ice maker assembly also went bad. The Ice maker will arrive today. I will give a review on it once i have installed and tested it for a few hours.Good Job Amazon!Excellent replacement for the original one that came with the refrigerator freezerI have had this LG for a long time. Been without dispenser for a long time. They were no longer made for my model. Took a chance on it when I bought it. It works wonderful. I have my crushed ice back and love it. Highly recomend it.This product fit into my LE freezer exactly as I expected it to and it works just fine.Seems to work like the original, a bit louder, but no real complaint.Works well diverts most ice to crush option not cube. Overall all parts not as robust as original. Wife prefers crushe ice so Happ Wife.
