Had to drop it down to 4 stars because my OEM transfer belt failed at only 10% of it's life expectancy. If this one does the same I'll update and adjust the review accordingly. If it makes it to at least 50% or more, I'll add another star. Just trying to be fair.I have an old printer. Was nice to find a 3rd party supplier that offered such a good price. Copier is working again very well.I got the package when it stated I would. The bad thing is it was rated "Like New". Like new does not come with it filthy and the plastic sheet that holds the paper has pinch marks in it. Like new does not have you purchase it for 3/4 of the price but only 4% left on it before it needs to be replaced. I may be out of line but "Like New" should mean almost new with at least 75% of it left before it needs to be replaced. I would recommend never to purchase "Like New" itemsIt's doing the job.I love my Samsung color laser and I needed a new transfer belt after about 10,000 pages. It didn't last to the maximum rating but it has worked well and fixed my problem and didn't want to trash the printer because of this item.Exactly what we needed. Price was wonderful, about 1/2 of the cost locally. Fast delivery.Great product! I thought that my expensive color laser jet had died and I would need to purchase a new one. Read online that the belt needed to be replaced. Replace it and it is working just like new!I am very satisfied with this part and I ordered it on Monday at noon 04-07-14 and I had the part the next morning on 4-09-14.Iwill give you five star rating.
